The Barn On Heartland Farm offers three packages to choose from!
Package One - DIY $4,500.00
This package is for up to 200 guests and is DIY.
This package includes:
- 2 staff members for trash and parking 
- Dream Suite 
- Groom’s Room 
- The Barn 
- Our Portable Bar - Alcohol services are separate through our vendor 
 
- Arch 
- Access to decorations we have available 
- Coordinator for the day of the event - DIY events are same-day set-up and takedown (8am-11pm) 
 
*There is a $250 charge to use our decorations
Package two - Build your OWN $7,300.00
Saturday bookings would be Saturday and Sunday. Rehearsal can be done during the week (not on Friday) price would be $7,300.00 with a coordinator included.
This package includes:
- Dream Suite 
- Grooms Room 
- The Barn 
- Our Portable Bar (converted horse trailer) - Alcohol services are priced separately through our vendor 
 
- Yard Games 
- Arch 
- Access to decorations we have available 
- 4 staff members to assist 
- Day of Coordinator

- DJ/Photo Booth - $1250 
- DJ Solo - $750 
- Photo Booth Solo - $400
